note Note by the webmaster :
About "the ballad of the absente", the first request for the rights of use was sent to Sony ATV August 20th, 2007 who answered immediately that it was necessary to ask their French division by putting the contact to be joined in copy of e-mail, nice. The second request to this person (of Sony-France, thus) is dated of August 23rd, 2007 (reading receipt received), then renewed on August 28th, 2007 (another reading receipt received) and finally sent to a third person of Sony Music ATV France on August 29th, 2007 (always reading receipt received). But, this day (September 22nd, 2007), still no sign of an answer by Sony-France. I think of having made the necessary steps to obtain the famous rights of use, the proof of reading my e-mails give evidence of it, to be able to propose Albert's DVD to be on sale today.
